Burn Bright has partnered with wellbeing assessment experts – Assessing Wellbeing in Education (AWE). Through our partnership with AWE we have been collecting the wellbeing information of young people participating in Burn Bright programs and camps. This data is collected through a pre, and post program survey, completed by students who attend the program. AWE uses a collection of validated psychometric scales to assess individuals subjective wellbeing: experiences, feelings, functioning, and perceptions of how their lives are going – both what is going right, and what is going wrong.

Burn Bright has partnered with McNair YellowSquares, the market research experts, to develop the Burn Bright State of the Nation Survey. As Burn Bright has the great privilege and opportunity to work with thousands of students each year in every state of Australia. We take an anonymous snapshot of how young people across Australia are thinking, feeling and experiencing life. After Burn Bright’s program you will then receive an anonymous report reflecting the mindset and trends of your group, and how those results compare against the national average.

TEACHER FEEDBACK MECHANISMS

For every Burn Bright program we collect a teacher feedback form. Our teacher feedback forms are designed to know what areas of our programs we are doing really well in and what areas they would like us to keep growing and changing our program.
