Questions lead to conversations. Conversations build connection. And when we are connected, we have stronger wellbeing, greater resilience, more enjoyment and increased cooperation.
We need to ask our kids good questions to build strong relationships with them. This takes some time and effort, but it’s a worthwhile investment to hear what’s actually on their minds, to learn more about them, and to help them feel loved.
And we’ve made it easier by coming up with ten question cards for children and a separate set for teenagers, to get those conversations flowing!
